Ordering

We use PayPal to process orders purchased directly from the site.
Alternatively you can call the store and pay via credit or debit card over the phone.

When adding items to the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your shipping destination. We charge an extra amount which is calculated on the weight of the item based on current Royal Mail rates.
You will have the option in error, to cancel items or your order in the cart before being redirected to PayPal.

PayPal does not not require you to sign up to use its services and excepts all major credit cards.

We require a contact number for processing your order. This allows us to have an alternative contact method in case we cant reach you via email.

None of your details submitted in at checkout will be shared or passed on to third parties. Your address and contact information will be only used in processing your order.

International Orders

For customers outside of the EU. Order items from the web store as normal and 15% VAT sales tax will deducted from the price of the goods when you select your delivery option.

Postage

Currently we use Royal Mail for UK and International Shipping. All UK deliveries will be made by Special Delivery. International deliveries will be made by International Signed For or Air Sure

We will only ship to the address entered at checkout, or a verified and confirmed PayPal address.

For heavier international items we may ship using Fed Ex or UPS.

Stock Availability

In the event a processed order is out of stock we will give you the option of a refund on the outstanding item / items or the option of having the item charged to you and then delivered when it comes into stock. We will contact you with in 24 hours via the phone number or email address supplied at checkout to discuss your options.

Please note that some of the products listed on the site are very limited in quantity. When an item is out of stock it will be marked Sold Out on the product page.

Returns

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please contact us before making a return.
Please send returned items in their original condition and to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached.

Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs)

**Important information for International customers. Please mark returned packages 'Returned Items'. Present London will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are non returnable or refundable. Please contact us for further information.

Goods

Individual prices listed on the website include V.A.T. The final price of the purchased goods includes, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export or local taxes that are obtained by the customer. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Data

We will require some data to be stored temporary on your computer via cookies, this will allow the shopping cart to work correctly.
