Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases as long as it is returned within 14 days of goods being received, the goods must be in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging in place and returned to us by a recorded delivery method. Exchanges will be made subject to current stock.

All returned packages must be marked as returned items on the customs form and on the package. If this is not done your order with be slower to process as Present London will incur customs charges
