Ordering

We use PayPal to process orders purchased directly from the site.
Alternatively you can call the store and pay via credit or debit card over the phone.

When adding items to the shopping cart, you will have the option to choose your shipping destination. We charge an extra amount which is calculated on the weight of the item based on current UPS rates
You will have the option in error, to cancel items or your order in the cart before being redirected to PayPal.

PayPal does not not require you to sign up to use its services and excepts all major credit cards.

We require a contact number for processing your order. This allows us to have an alternative contact method in case we cant reach you via email.

None of your details submitted in at checkout will be shared or passed on to third parties. Your address and contact information will be only used in processing your order.

How To Use the Webshop

Choose the product you would like to view. Select your size and the quantity you would like to purchase.
Click 'Add to Order'. This will add you item to the shopping basket.
Your order can then be reviewed by clicking the link in the top right 'View Order'.
When you are happy to purchase, select your Delivery Region. Delivery charges and tax discounts will be applied when you make this selection.
To proceed click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You have the option to review your order.
After review, click 'Proceed to Secure Payment'. This will redirect you to PayPal when you can pay for your items.
At PayPal you have the option to either to sign in to PayPal to use your account. Or to use any major credit card with out an account.
When your order is successful you will be redirected to the site.

International Orders

We accept international orders.
For customers outside of the EU. Order items from the web store as normal and 15% VAT sales tax will deducted from the price of the goods when you select your delivery option.

Postage / Shipping

All items are sent via UPS Standard and Express services. Postage will be calculated on the weight of the items added to the shopping cart.
Delivery times vary on destination. All items are tracked and insured.

Estimated delivery times:
UK: 1 Business Day
Europe: 2 - 3 Business Days
Rest of the World: 2 - 3 Business Days

As an alternative we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery or International Signed delivery options. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped and posted the following Monday.

We will only ship to the address supplied at the PayPal checkout.

We reserve the right to adjust the cost of delivery. These costs depend on the current rates and surcharges given by UPS. We will always try to charge the most cost effective prices for shipping and delivery.

Goods

Individual prices listed on the website include V.A.T. The final price of the purchased goods includes, V.A.T. and delivery charges but not any other relevant import, export, UPS brokerage or local taxes that are obtained by the customer. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Stock Availability

In the event a processed order is out of stock we will give you the option of a refund on the outstanding item / items or the option of having the item charged to you and then delivered when it comes into stock. We will contact you with in 24 hours via the phone number or email address supplied at checkout to discuss your options.

Please note that some of the products listed on the site are very limited in quantity. Your order may be out of stock at the time of purchase. If this is the case we will contact you as quickly as possible with your options.

Returns

If an item is unsuitable or faulty please contact us before making a return.
Please send returned items in their original condition and to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with original garment tags still attached.

Returned goods can be exchanged or refunded (this does not include original delivery costs)

We have made every effort to ensure garment photographs, description and details listed on the site are accurate. However, slight differences in colour and texture may occur. Please note all measurements are approximate.

We will require some data to be stored temporary on your computer via cookies, this will allow the shopping cart to work correctly.
